In our area we
are blessed to have The Pathway Home for Veterans. This is an amazing program
to help veterans deal with many PTSD issues that is nearly 100% funded from
private donations.
I hope to present
a check to The Pathway Home on next week to let all of them know how much we
appreciate and support them.

Lots of numbers are pointing UP.
In California,
sales volume is up considerably. We are up 9% in April from March 2015 and up
5.8% over April 2014. The median price in April was up to $405,000 again up
from March’s $393,000 and significantly over the $375,000 from April 2014
In addition we
are seeing a big increase in housing starts (new construction) Nationally we
saw starts jump 20.2% in April to the highest level since November 2007. The
annualized pace for 2015 is now projected at 1.14 million new homes. Also we
should see more construction for the future since more housing permits were
issued in April and any time since June 2008
